I am a Michigan author who does all of this without the help of a publisher or agent. Thankfully I know my way around most computer technology, so the process of writing, creating cover art, designing a website, and getting my content on Amazon isn’t difficult.
I’ve always been a writer, but until the publication of Plastipocalypse, I stuck to writing lyrics for my original music. I wrote and published Plastipocalypse with only the help of my wife, Carol. Shortly after the book became available, I joined the Shiawassee Area Writers, a group of great people who have helped me become better at my craft. This group has also published a series of anthologies, which are fun for me because I get to write a short story that I know is going to be published!
When I’m not writing, I bicycle, cross-country ski, or go backpacking with Carol. I also enjoy a small glass of Pinot Noir and scary movies.
